Ministers, deputy ministers, and specialists in women and family presidential affairs were present as well as relevant representatives, with the aim of working together and organizing such ministerial meeting. 

The session was began by reciting the Holy Quran and then Dr Shahin Karballaie, the Head of  International Affairs presented a brief report about the process of   scientific committees and previous meetings, then the representatives discussed their programs and questions which was replied by the director of the meeting. 

As the program continued, considering to importance of meeting, it was decided to set up necessary committees which at last the executive committees were determined and chosen as follows:

-         Advertisement and media committee

-         Ceremony and visits committee

-         Support and financial affair committee

-         Security and disciplinary committee. 

It is worth mentioning that at the end of this session a brief summary of the OIC background was given. This included two meetings which were held amongst previous female ministers in Turkey and Egypt. A power point presentation was given with any required explanations by Ms Akram Yussofie, an international affairs consultant.
